We know that sometimes you like to have an questioned answered immediately and we will always strive to get back to you that same day however please understand that it is not always possible (especially if you are going to contact us late at night). We have tried to give you all the information you need on the site – if you do have a question that you can’t find the answer for then by all means drop us a line and we will happily give you any information we can.

For all technical enquiries before submitting a support request please review the Frequently Asked Questions and watch the video tutorials located inside the members portal. If you still can’t find the answer to your question contact us and we will attend to it as soon as possible.

We appreciate your understanding that Our Children Australia is an Australian based company and we do not employ technical support staff from overseas. All of our technical support is conducted by our head office or through our retained technical support team based in Brisbane, Queensland.
